  • Home Delivery Options:
    • Next-day delivery: Order before 4:00 PM and receive your order the next day to all UAE cities except remote areas (excluding Sundays and holidays). The delivery charge is AED 20.
    • Same-day delivery: Order before 12 noon and receive same-day delivery within Dubai (excluding Sundays and holidays). The delivery cost is AED 26.
    • Remote Area: 2-3 days delivery. Delivery cost is AED 30.
  • All orders are processed within 1-3 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. Orders placed after 12 PM GST will be processed on the following business day.

2. Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates:

  • We offer flat-rate shipping options for both domestic and international orders. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the destination and weight of your order.
  • Delivery estimates are provided by our trusted shipping partners and may vary depending on your location. Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a tracking number via email, allowing you to monitor its progress every step of the way.

3. Domestic Shipping within the UAE:

  • We're pleased to ship to addresses within the United Arab Emirates using reliable carriers. Standard domestic shipping typically takes 2-5 business days for delivery.

4. International Shipping:

  • For our international customers, we offer secure shipping options to select countries around the globe. International shipping times may vary depending on customs clearance procedures and local postal services. Please allow 7-21 business days for delivery to international destinations from Dubai.

5. Customs and Import Duties:

  • Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and import fees levied by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the shipping cost at checkout. We recommend contacting your local customs office for more information on potential fees before placing your order.

6. Wrong Address Disclaimer:

  • It's essential to ensure that the shipping address you provide during checkout is accurate and up-to-date to prevent any delays or issues with the delivery of your order. We'll do our best to update the address before your order is dispatched.
  • However, please note that once an order has been shipped from our facilities in Dubai, we have limited ability to modify the shipping address. In such cases, we cannot be held responsible for any delays, lost packages, or additional shipping charges incurred due to incorrect address information provided by the customer.
  • If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, we will contact you promptly to arrange for reshipment. Please note that reshipment fees may apply, and it's the customer's responsibility to cover these costs. We strongly advise double-checking your shipping address before completing your purchase to ensure a smooth and timely delivery.

7. Damages:

  • Agent Seduction is not responsible for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

  • Rest assured, once your order has been dispatched from Dubai, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. This tracking number will allow you to stay updated on the status of your delivery every step of the way.
