Refund policy

We want you to love your lingerie. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange your items under the following conditions:

Return Period:

  • We offer a 14-day return policy, meaning you have 14 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns:

  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
  • Items must be returned within the 14-day period from the date of receipt to qualify for a return.

Initiating a Return:

  • To start a return, contact us at info@agentseduction.com. We will provide you with instructions on how to return your item.

Damages and Issues:

  • Please inspect your order upon receipt. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately at info@agentseduction.com so we can address the issue.
  • For defective, damaged, or incorrect items, you must return the products within 14 days from receipt. The items must be unworn, in the same condition as received, and include the order invoice and tags.

Exceptions and Non-Returnable Items:

· No refund or exchange is available on underwear, socks, jewellery, accessories, and lingerie. Please ensure you are certain about your purchase before completing the transaction.

·  We will not be responsible for any loss or damage to items during your possession and may reject return, exchange, or refund requests if the items are not returned in the required condition.

Return and Refund:

  • Sale items and gift cards are non-returnable and non-refundable.

·        Exchange can only be with an item of equal or higher value than the original item.

·       Refunds and exchanges will be processed only in the country of purchase and in the original payment mode. 

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card company.
  • If more than 15 business days have passed since the approval of your return and you have not received your refund, please contact us at info@agentseduction.com.
